Crowns

Crowns, sometimes known as a dental cap is the restorative process of adding a protective covering to the tooth to strengthen lost enamel and save a tooth that might otherwise need to be extracted. Typically the crown is bonded or cemented to the tooth. It is a  permanent restorative procedure and will not need to be removed,

With modern technology, crowns can be made which are indistinguishable from you normal teeth matching color, shape, and size. It is a common procedure and is highly recommended as a major procedure which almost all dentists will do. Besides increasing the strength of the tooth crowns can also help with the appearance of your smile, fixing badly broken, chipped, or stained teeth.
